Full Stack Developer
Build the products, platforms, and client systems an AI-native firm runs on.
About the role
You will build in two directions at once: outward, delivering client systems (agentic workflows, integrations, dashboards, secure deployments), and inward, building bostoncyberx itself, from bcxBastion tooling to the automation that lets a small senior team operate like a large one. We are AI-native: coding agents are part of your toolchain here, and you will be expected to wield them well.
What you will do
Ship client-facing systems end to end: APIs, integrations, data pipelines, and clean front ends
Build and harden agentic workflows in production, with observability, evals, and guardrails
Work AI-natively: drive coding agents, review their output critically, and raise the bar on what one engineer ships
Implement security by design: authentication, secrets, least privilege, audit trails from day one
Contribute to internal platforms, accelerators, and the tooling behind our assessments
What you bring
4+ years shipping production web systems across the stack (we use TypeScript/Node, Python, and modern clouds)
Fluency with LLM APIs and at least one agent or orchestration framework, beyond the tutorial level
Security instincts: you have owned authentication, handled sensitive data, and can explain your threat model
Product judgment: you ask what the user is trying to do before you ask what the ticket says
Clear written communication with teammates and, occasionally, clients
Nice to have
Experience in consulting or client-facing delivery
Infra-as-code and CI/CD depth
Contributions to open source or a portfolio of shipped side projects
