No. bcxBastion is a managed service. bcx deploys and tunes the underlying tools (Google SecOps, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks), then our analysts operate them for you around the clock. You get the outcomes without hiring a security operations team.
Did bcx build the detection technology?
The detection engines come from Google, CrowdStrike, and Palo Alto Networks, the strongest tools in their categories. What bcx builds is the operations layer on top: onboarding, tuning, AI-assisted triage by our analysts, response playbooks, and reporting. We are honest about that split because it is why the service works.
How long until we are covered?
Telemetry onboarding takes weeks 1 and 2. Tuning to cut noise and confirm detections runs weeks 3 through 6. From there the service is in steady state: 24/7 monitoring, triage, response, and a monthly report you can hand to your board or insurer.
Do we have to replace our current tools?
