Privacy policy
This policy explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We wrote it in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email info@bostoncyberx.com and a person will answer.
What we collect through forms
This site has four forms:
- Contact form: your name, work email, company, the reason for your outreach, and an optional message.
- Assessment form: your name, work email, company, the 22 answers, and the scores we calculate. Sent to bostoncyberx through Wix Forms and our CMS so we can return results and follow up.
- Newsletter form: your email address only.
- A hidden honeypot field on the forms that catches automated spam. Humans never see or fill it.
We use this information to reply to you, send you what you asked for, and follow up about our services. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone outside bcx and the service providers that process it for us (Wix, and our email provider for sending mail).
The Business AI Maturity Assessment
Taking the assessment sends your answers, scores, name, work email, and company to bostoncyberx so we can return your results and follow up. We do not sell this data.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 in a cookieless configuration to understand which pages get read and where visitors come from. This gives us aggregate counts, not profiles of you. We do not run advertising pixels or cross-site trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept while we have a business reason to hold them: an active conversation, an engagement, or a newsletter subscription you have not canceled. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will.
Your choices
- Every newsletter email includes a working unsubscribe link.
- You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@bostoncyberx.com.
- You can use the rest of the site without submitting a form. The Business AI Maturity Assessment asks for your name, work email, and company before it shows your score.
