Know What Is Possible
Cut through the hype and improve your organization's AI literacy. Understand what AI, generative AI, and automation can realistically accomplish in your business, and where your current capabilities may limit execution.
AI interest and hype are high. Clear direction is not. Your teams are already making AI decisions and using unsanctioned AI tools, with or without a shared strategy. Jumpstart helps your leadership team identify the use cases most likely to improve productivity, grow revenue, or reduce risk, with clear priorities, accountable owners, and a sequenced execution roadmap your organization can act on and your CFO can support.
This engagement is for leadership teams ready to move from scattered AI activity to disciplined investment. Executives, business owners, finance, IT, security, and risk work together to evaluate tradeoffs and agree on what to fund, what to stop, who will own the work, and what happens next.
Cut through the hype and improve your organization's AI literacy. Understand what AI, generative AI, and automation can realistically accomplish in your business, and where your current capabilities may limit execution.
Expose inefficient work, untapped revenue opportunities, unmanaged AI use, and business risks. Build a focused inventory of use cases tied to measurable outcomes.
Compare each opportunity by potential value, technical feasibility, data requirements, security and privacy risk, implementation cost, and time to impact.
Agree on the priorities, assign accountable leaders, establish investment parameters, and build a sequenced roadmap your organization can execute and fund.
Clarity on where you stand. Agreement on where AI can create value. A defensible case for investment. A sequenced roadmap with named owners, stage gates, governance, and security requirements. You leave knowing what to fund, what to stop, and what happens next.

AI Strategy Jumpstart is designed for organizations that have growing interest or activity in AI but lack shared priorities, clear ownership, or a practical execution roadmap. It can help whether you are beginning to explore AI or already have pilots and tools operating across the business.
No. Many organizations already have AI experiments, licensed tools, employee-led adoption, or active pilots. We identify what is already happening, including unmanaged AI use, evaluate what should continue, and incorporate the strongest work into the strategy.
Jumpstart Focus is appropriate when you need rapid alignment and a clear starting point. Jumpstart Blueprint adds stakeholder discovery, deeper analysis, and a prioritized investment roadmap. Jumpstart Enterprise is intended for organizations with multiple business units, complex operating environments, or significant governance requirements. We can help you determine the appropriate level during the discovery call.
The right participants depend on your organization and objectives. The engagement typically brings together executive leadership, business owners, finance, technology, data, security, risk, and other leaders responsible for funding or executing the resulting priorities. Not every participant needs to attend every activity.
We will ask for available information about your business priorities, current AI initiatives, technology environment, data, governance, security requirements, and known opportunities or concerns. You do not need to prepare a complete AI inventory before the engagement. Identifying what is already happening is part of the work.
Deliverables vary by engagement level, but may include a current-state assessment, prioritized use-case portfolio, value and feasibility analysis, security and governance requirements, investment recommendations, accountable owners, decision gates, and a sequenced roadmap. The objective is to give your leadership team a clear basis for deciding what to fund, what to stop, and what happens next.
They are considered from the beginning, not added after priorities have been selected. We evaluate opportunities for data requirements, privacy, cybersecurity, regulatory concerns, governance, operational dependency, and resilience. Relevant requirements become part of the strategy, business case, and roadmap.
The engagement begins with your business outcomes, operating environment, requirements, and constraints. Technology decisions follow the business case. When platform or tool choices are required, we evaluate them in the context of value, feasibility, cost, data, integration, security, and your existing technology environment.
Jumpstart Focus takes 1 to 2 days. Jumpstart Blueprint generally takes 7 to 10 days. Jumpstart Enterprise takes 3 weeks or more, depending on organizational complexity and scope. Engagements can be delivered in person, virtually, or through a hybrid approach.
Jumpstart Focus is offered at a fixed price of $5,000. Jumpstart Blueprint and Jumpstart Enterprise are custom scoped and priced based on the number of stakeholders, business units, required analysis, and expected deliverables. Scope and pricing are agreed before the engagement begins.
You can execute the roadmap with your internal team, other providers, or continue working with bostoncyberx. When needed, we can help with rapid prototyping, proof of value, architecture, implementation, security, adoption, scaling, and ongoing operations.
AI Strategy Jumpstart is not a technology demonstration or a substitute for leadership participation. If you have already approved a specific use case and only need to prove or implement it, an AI Value Accelerator or implementation engagement may be a better starting point.
You will spend 30 minutes with a senior practitioner discussing what your organization is trying to accomplish, what AI activity is already underway, and what is preventing progress. There is no obligation. The purpose is to determine whether AI Strategy Jumpstart fits your situation and, if so, which engagement level makes sense.
